About me.

I am based in London, grew up in Germany, and have worked and lived across Europe, the UK, the US, the Middle East and Asia. I am mixed-heritage and neurodivergent.

Prior to being a therapist, I worked in tech, and had stints at the UN and in public broadcasting.

Besides therapeutic counselling, I have completed training in body-based and contemplative practices, such as in mindfulness, contemplative psychology, as a coach, and as a yoga teacher.

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and am an individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I continue further education at King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. I also have an MPhil in Management from Cambridge University and a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from Heinrich-Heine-University.

I was an honorary counsellor at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney and at The Stress Project in Islington, including working with NHS referrals. I also taught mindfulness in London charities.
